Behavior Modification in 4 Steps

Picture
1. Schedule a free phone consultation by calling 805-288-1180

2. Trainer conducts an in-home behavior consultation with owner and dog. During the consultation, the trainer will make management suggestions that can be made immediately to ensure family safety and prevent the undesirable behavior from getting stronger.

3. Trainer will discuss what an appropriate behavior modification program will look like in terms of owner commitment, time, and expense. The dog owner chooses whether or not to begin the proposed behavior modification program.

4. Trainer provides a written training plan for the behavior modification program including
  • Assessment of current issues
  • Management suggestions
  • Product recommendations
  • Mental enrichment suggestions
  • Behavior modification protocols and accompanying training exercises

Some of the more common behavior issues we see:
